Stress is a normal and expected side effect of living a productive and fulfilling life, and we all have to deal with some level at stress at some point in our lives. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, making a solid plan can help you constructively face the source of your stress and prevent feelings of hopelessness. If they continue to be a negative influence on your life, you might be better off cutting them out of it.
