When it comes to shifting weight and feeling good, I find that keeping my meals clean and simple is the best way to go.
That doesn’t mean that my paleo meals are boring by any means. So today I thought I’d share some simple paleo meals that I cook up in my kitchen.
I always start the day with a big breakfast. I get back from my morning walks and I’m usually starving so I do love my breakfasts.
A delicious plate of bacon, scrambled eggs, with mushroom and tomato salsa to really hit the spot. Yep, you can eat bacon and lose weight!
Honestly, I eat all this stuff and still lose weight, hard to believe isn’t it? You don’t have to starve yourself to get results. When you eat good clean, simple paleo meals like the ones above, then you will always get results!
