5 of the Healthiest Nuts You Should be Snacking On

Adding nuts to your diet is actually good for your overall health and weight-loss journey, although it has long been thought as a “fattening” snack.

What other people may not know is that nuts contain heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats that helps lower LDL or “bad” cholesterol.

But keep in mind that nuts should be eaten in their raw state and in the right amount to get the most from its good benefits.
