Planning and preparing meals ahead of time is an activity that can bring you a lot of benefits.  It will not only save you time, but will for sure help you stay on a healthy eating track. Plus, it saves you money too.

To understand what meal planning is – it’s the “art” (yup) of planning nutritious meals and snacks for a specified time period.  After you’re done planning, you shop for corresponding ingredients to start your Meal Prep which is preparing, portioning and cooking your meals ahead of time.

Lastly, you won’t have to deal with the stress of deciding on what to cook every night or not having food ready to eat when hungry or simply the tiring and time-consuming chore of preparing and cooking your meals everyday.
