Are Detox Diets Actually Harmful for Your Body?

In today’s world, there is always another diet coming to the forefront of the news and onto the cover of magazines. As with most fads, these diets often fade away. A Short and Long-Term Process

For many people, detoxing is both a short and a long-term process. In the short-term, it can be used to help flush toxins that have accumulated in the body due to poor eating habits or other reasons.
